12. NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS
    We provide our Services on an "as-is" basis without warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use our Services, even if advised of their possibility.

    The parties agree that English is the only language in which these Terms and Conditions will be interpreted.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
